Pastor Judi Tyler
Pastor Judi was called to OSLC in January, 2024. She has served many years as a social worker and a deaconess before being called to serve out her diaconal call as a pastor. A previous graduate of Valparaiso University and ASU, she attended Luther Seminary recently and was ordained in 2024. She is also remains a part of the Lutheran Deaconess Community. (www.thelda.org). She is excited to be a part of the OSLC community as we explore what God is up to in our community and in the neighborhood and how we can join in. She loves Star Trek (all versions), shape note singing and pottery. She also enjoys spending time with her spouse, Amy, and their pets.

Paul Tepker, Organist
Accompanist
OSLC is grateful to have Paul as our organist/accompanist. Paul plays Sunday mornings and helps plan worship. He also accompanies our choir and bell choir under the direction of our accomplished volunteer director,Terry Williams.
Paul graduated from ASU with a Masters Degree in Organ Performance in 1982. Since then he has either taught music or been a music minister. He has lived in Arizona, Michigan, and California. He currently works for Ministry Insights International, a local organization, and presents Leading from Your Strengths workshops for building church and school staff teams. Paul is married to Carol. They have two adult daughters.

David Hulin, Office Coordinator
Dave is a member of our sister congregation Faith Lutheran. His early years were spent across the globe as he is both a “Missionary’s Kid” and a “Pastor’s Kid”. His two brothers were born in India where Dave contracted Polio. After graduating from Trinity College in Chicago, Illinois, Dave worked in Information Systems and Human Resources for several companies including Honeywell, G. D. Searle, McDonald’s and Grand Canyon University. Dave is married to Jan, who loves gardening. They moved to Phoenix in 2004 and love living year-round in the Valley.
